On November 26, 2019, the overseas security forum "New Security Patterns and Opportunities" was held in the Century Hall of Renmin University of China. Gu Yan, a researcher from the eighth branch of the Third Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, Li Ping from the Office of The China Security Association, Zhang Lin, secretary-general of the Beijing Security Association and executive deputy director of the Overseas Security Service Committee of the Beijing Security Association, attended the meeting and made a speech. Shi Zhonghua, director of the China Overseas Security Research Institute, gave a speech on behalf of the co-organizers.

Along with many leaders from the China Security Association and Beijing Security Association; Yin Weihong, who serves as Deputy Director of Overseas Security Service Committee of Beijing Security Association and chairman of HXZA (Beijing) Security Service Co., Ltd attended the meeting.

The forum focused on the "whole process of security network construction" of overseas security services. China Overseas Security Research Institute shared the "Research on overseas security network construction" and elaborated on the "Trinity" construction theory; Professor Cui Shoujun, Mr. Zhou Rong and Zhang Jun shared their own views and experiences in overseas security risk assessment, management and response respectively; General Manager Wu Xueyan shared the achievements and difficulties of overseas security services.

The forum also included a round table on experience of Chinese PSC’s going overseas to share best security management practices. This was enhanced via fireside chat presentations and face-to-face exchanges. Speakers were invited from industrial and commercial banks to share perspectives as clients, and from security companies, including HXZA. The speakers participated in the exchange and discussion, shared best practices, explained the benefits enterprise security solutions in mitigating overseas threats, and discussed integration of security technology into the service scope. This exchange was very practical for the audience to gain more understanding of security services and improve their service capabilities and professional skills.
