Quality Assurance

At the global level, HXZA is a signatory of the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers (ICoC), is a founding member of the ICOC Association (ICoCA), and is the first Asian company to be awarded certification from ICoCA verifying that all company systems and policies meet the principles and standards derived from the ICoC.

In addition to host country laws, all HXZA operations are conducted in line with applicable industry best practices including International Standard Organization Publicly Available Specifications, guidelines issued by relevant multistakeholder initiatives, UN circulars, and the principles of international law underscored in the Montreux Document.

HXZA maintains several International Standard Organization certifications including ISO 14001:2004 for environmental management, ISO 28000:2007 for security management, ISO 28007:2015 for private maritime security services. We also hold certification to OHSAS 18001:2007 for occupational health and safety.

Our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and rules for the use of force (RUF) have been carefully sculpted by our legal counselors and core management cell to be congruent with these regulatory instruments and are continuously cross-referenced with our global operations to ensure total compliance. We operate with full insurance coverages meeting or exceeding the requirements of our contracts and ISO standards.
