January 18, Kunlun International Group and Tiantang Group cooperation signing ceremony was held at HXZA’s Head office. Kunlun International Group invested in the security enterprise of Tiantang Group in Uganda. Both sides have worked together to create a new situation for the development of Uganda's security industry and are committed to providing professional and efficient quality services to Chinese-funded enterprises in Uganda. Mr. Lv Xinhua (Former deputy Foreign Minister/President of South-south Cooperation Promotion Association), Mr.Xu Tongkai (Vice President of South-south Cooperation Promotion Association), Counsellor Yang Jianchu and other leaders attended the signing ceremony.

Kunlun International Security Group is a large overseas security group initiated by South-South Cooperation Promotion Association and composed of five enterprises including HXZA. The company's business direction includes: International security Services, International security risk Assessment, transportation security and journey management, crisis management and emergency response services, and security technology integration.

Tiantang Group is a diversified and comprehensive large Chinese-funded enterprise located in Uganda (the pearl of Africa). Its business covers six fields; hotels (including catering and tourism), manufacturing, real estate development, extractives , machinery trade, and security services. Currently, Tiantang Group has 12 wholly-owned subsidiaries in Uganda and developed into a well-known large manufacturing enterprise known throughout East Africa.
