Executive Protection

HXZA is a leading provider of Executive Protection solutions in China and worldwide.

Our armed and unarmed close protection officers (CPOs) are ex-forces with significant combat, peacekeeping, and crisis management experience. Each CPO has been hand-selected and thoroughly vetted, having been honorably discharged from national service and successfully graduated from HXZA抯 own training academy. All vetting and training in our academy exceeds international best practices including BTEC or Highfield Level III and SIA qualifying equivalents. Before each deployment, all security guards take refresher courses and successfully complete both academic and physical tests.

Uniquely in China, our operator training program includes not only task-specific tactical skills, EMT and combat medic certification, as well as language skills, but also human rights training and legal education on compliance, governing laws, rules for the use of force (RUF), and industry best practices with which all of our personnel must comply.

Our personnel include qualified Chinese, EU nationals, East-Europeans, North Americans, Latin Americans, and Nepalese Gurkhas, operating in single-nationality or mixed-nationality teams. Most personnel are multi-lingual and all speak fluent English, either as native speakers or at qualifying TOEFL/IELTS levels.
